Kyle
Antcliff:
Kyle brings eighteen years of general management, operations,
and technology experience to FusePath. Most recently Kyle
served on the founding management team of portfolio company,
Marketworks. Kyle played a key role in the Company’s
formation and subsequent growth and led the Company’s
successful international expansion into Europe and the Pacific
Rim.
Kyle
co-founded FusePath and led the fund’s investments
in Marketworks, Silverpop, eFlection and Thrive Hive. He
played a strategic and operations consultancy role for portfolio
companies where he helped formulate their strategic and operating
plans. These companies have experienced consistent year-over-year
growth. Early in his career, he spent over eight years combined
at The Procter and Gamble Company and Accenture.
Kyle
received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management
(Northwestern
University) and graduated with Distinction
from Purdue University’s School of Technology.
Daris
McCullough:
Daris is also a graduate of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate
School of Management, where his studies focused in finance
and entrepreneurship. After business school, Daris developed
business and operating strategies for several Fortune 500
companies while working for A.T. Kearney in Chicago. He then
joined iXL, and co-founded iXL's most successful industry
vertical - Financial Services group. While at iXL, he sold,
developed and led the implementation of several unique business
strategies for both Fortune 500 companies and internet start-ups.
In addition to his client interfacing responsibilities, he
served as COO for iXL's Financial Services group. His COO
responsibilities included financial reporting and forecasting,
recruiting, resource management, and infrastructure development.
While at iXL, Daris also participated in the evaluation and
investment of several early stage technology firms. Prior
to business school, Daris worked for the General Electric
Company, where he held various management positions in multiple
business units. While at GE, he participated in GE's initial
efforts to leverage technology to create business-to-business
marketplaces. Daris is known as a leading expert in the "business-to-business"
marketplace, particularly with regard to strategic thinking
and key "middleware" functionality. This functionality includes
transactional market-making capabilities, customer service,
payments, and personalization. Daris graduated with distinction
from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. degree in Electrical
Engineering in 1991.
